Alexandra teaches Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Grief, and Radiant Shakti Flow. Her classes include chanting, blissful movements, Qigong, pranayama, Tantra, Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, and meditation. Alexandra guides you towards awakening your light within, opening your heart, and coming home to your higher purpose.
Alexandra has studied Kundalini Yoga, Qigong, Gentle Yoga, Shakti Flow, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2004. She received her yoga training at The Minneapolis Yoga Center, and her Radiant Shakti Flow training from Tara Cindy Sherman. She teaches from her heart-space and welcomes all levels!

Alexandra will guide you through an hour yoga session consisting of gentle postures, healing mudras, mantras, music, mindful awareness, and deep relaxation. Alexandra’s Yoga for Grief is deeply healing and rejuvenating.
